Nancy Hastings, President and founder, has a technical undergraduate degree and an MBA from Loyola College of Baltimore. She has been in the food industry since 1975. Her experience includes quality control at the plant and corporate levels as well as product management, marketing, public relations, and advertising. She is a professional member of the Institute of Food Technologists, American Oil Chemists' Society and AOAC International. Rich Doremus, Partner, has a Bachelors Degree with a dual major in chemistry and business administration from Rutgers University. His thirty years of food industry experience began in quality control. However, Rich spent most of his career in flavor, seasoning, and ingredient product development and applications. He has hired and managed technical professionals in quality assurance, research and development, and operations. He is a professional member of the Institute of Food Technologists, American Association of Cereal Chemists, International Society of Beverage Technologists, and a certified member of the Society of Flavor Chemists.
