Requirements: BS Microbiology or related
Responsibilities:
Sample and perform analytical, microbiological tests on raw materials,
in-process, finished product and environmental samples. Verify and evaluate
out-of-specification results.
Review regulatory, recipe and budgetary compliance of products and take
corrective actions to bring products into compliance. Report issues and
corrective actions.
Perform packaging material inspections per HACCP requirements.
Record data and monitor micro and analytical result trends using Access, ASI
and Q-Stat software and report results to Supervisors. Input of data into the
DIS system and initiation of any required exceptions report.
Release of all raw materials, packaging and WIP, using SAP and DIS systems.
Communicate usage decisions to appropriate Supervisors and associates.
Assist with microbiology, covering QA Supervisor duties or other lab duties as
assigned.
Actively supports and participates in facility Quality efforts through review
and implementation of procedures, documentation, training and corrective actions
at various levels.
Maintain lab equipment and work areas on a continuous basis. Maintain lab per
OSHA safety regulations and company requirements.
Prepare reports for analyses completed, with corrective actions required and
send to appropriate Managers and Supervisor.

Requirements: BS Food or Dairy Science (MS preferred) plus at least
15 years quality assurance experience in the food industry. Experience should
encompass cheese manufacturing as well as corporate quality assurance for dairy
products. Candidate must have significant experience developing and implementing
quality programs for a major food company.
Responsibilities: Individual will provide overall leadership for
establishing and maintaining focus on quality as a major corporate priority.
Will continually evaluate the effectiveness of companys Quality Assurance
programs and confer with top management on fiscal issues. Specific
responsibilities include:
Establish, communicate and enforce all company quality policies
Manage all regulatory programs
Establish and maintain standards for all products including specifications,
manufacturing practices, hygiene and sanitation
Provide overall direction for Plants Quality Control functions to ensure that
locations are in compliance with all corporate policies and programs
Manage the hygiene program for all plants to include sanitation procedures,
GMP principles and employee training programs
Implement and manage a pathogen control program
Be responsible for product recall and customer complaint programs
Be responsible for all regulatory relationships
Develop and motivate Corporate Quality Assurance department

Requirements: BS in Food Science, Biology or Chemistry plus at least
3years food processing experience in a quality assurance role.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical assistance and support to production during the daily
manufacture of finished product.
2. Adherence to regulatory and standards including QMS and HACCP are focus
points.
3. System monitoring and development, technical support and auditing, product
evaluation, and training and development.
4. Development and maintenance of systems that are needed to ensure compliance
to QMS, HACCP, Floor Documents, and Government regulations.
5. Auditing and reporting on compliance to such programs are also a part of the
accountabilities.
6. Position also assists in technical troubleshooting and providing direction on
manufacturing issues.
7. Accountable to place out of spec finished goods and ingredients on hold as
needed to ensure proper quality.
8. Assist in disposition of finished product. Follow-up on identified issues to
assist production in resolution.
9. Train appropriate plant personnel in production and support groups in issues
related to the Quality system. Assist in annual training in topics such as
HACCP, QMS, GMPs, etc.

Requirements: Knowledge of all CFR title 21 (others titles as
required) regulations as well as international labeling laws. Strong knowledge
of raw materials used in flavorings, spices, functional ingredients and thermal
processed end products. Knowledge of finished consumer product labeling as it
pertains to utilization of flavorings, spice blends and functional ingredients.
Knowledge of USDA labeling requirements.
Responsibilities: Interpret all regulatory laws, both for domestic and
internationally, for functional savory ingredients, flavorings and spice blends.
Responsible for all product labeling for domestic and international shipping.
Work with customers to meld required product/shipping labeling into their
finished, consumer product labeling. Support scientist in assuring their new
product developments will meet required customer labeling needs. Knowledge of
all CFR regulations as well as international labeling laws.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with production personnel to identify quality problems and
corrective actions serving as a plant technical resource
Continuing maintenance of HACCP, SSOP and Quality Manuals using document control
practices
Conduct HACCP, SSOP, and GMP training
Maintain and evolve Plant Quality Manual
Manage plant audit program and record keeping functions providing
Follow-up of audits to address non-conformance issues and insure accountability
Verify calibration of specific test equipment ensuring periodic certification of
applicable equipment is done and recorded
Usage of quality database and reporting i.e. monitoring foreign material looking
for trending and corrective action
Serve as backup to Plant Manager as required
Assist with laboratory testing as necessary
Oversee activities of hourly associates responsible for quality functions
Working understanding of statistical methods
